    At Stop Dirty Kicks, we are committed to providing premium protection for your vehicle. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

    1. Returns Window

    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    2. How to Start a Return

    Please contact our support team at support@stopdirtykicks.com with your order number. We will guide you through the return process once your request is reviewed.

    3. Return Shipping Costs

    • Defective/Incorrect items: We cover the return shipping costs.
    • Customer preference: If you are returning for other reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping.

    4. Refunds

    Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

    5. Installation Support

    Note: Items that have been installed or show signs of wear are not eligible for return. If you have any trouble with the fitment, contact us first! We are dedicated to ensuring a perfect fit for your RAV4.
